Publish student theses in DiVA
By publishing your student thesis in DiVA you make it visible and available to the public.
When your thesis has been approved you upload it to DiVA. It will become visible when an administrator has reviewed the DiVA record. It will be searchable in the public DiVA interface, in the national student theses database Uppsök, as well as in Google and other search engines.

Short instruction for publishing your thesis in DiVA
The thesis must be approved by your examiner before it is published in DiVA.
- Log in to DiVA using your Konstfack email address and password
- Choose Add publication/Upload files, followed by publication type: Student thesis
- Fill in the appropriate fields in the form, if in doubt consult the manual
- Upload a full text file of the written part of the thesis, preferably in pdf format, and documentation of the artistic part
- Consent to the copyright agreement. Check for errors and choose submit
Your thesis will not be published until your tutor or an administrator has checked it. You are welcome to contact the library if you have any questions regarding DiVA.
