Zoom video meeting tool is available for staff and students at Konstfack.
In service management platform TOPdesk you can access knowledge items related to Zoom, ask a question or make an error report.
An account will be created for you the first time you log in.
Please note that you should choose login with SSO in Zoom, and in the domain field you should enter konstfack-se, with a hyphen between konstfack and se
Please contact Infocenter, infocenter@konstfack.se if you don't have a Konstfack account and therefore cannot reach support through TOPdesk.
