Housing
Konstfack offers housing for incoming exchange students, but availability is limited and cannot be guaranteed. Only admitted exchange students are eligible to apply.
How to apply for housing
Once you have been admitted to Konstfack, you will receive an email with information on how to apply for housing. To confirm a booking, a deposit is required.
If student housing becomes fully booked, you will need to arrange accommodation on your own.

Accommodation facts
The student residence is located at Dialoggatan 22, behind Konstfack and close to the Telefonplan metro station. The building has eight floors and is part of the former LM Ericsson premises, which have been converted into student apartments.
The rooms are 20–22 square metres and are fully equipped with a kitchenette and a tiled bathroom.
Laundry facilities and storage rooms are available in the basement.
The rent is approximately 6,800–7,700 SEK per month. Electricity, water, and internet are included.
Please note:
- You must bring your own bed linen and towels
- The bed is a single bed (90 cm)
- You are responsible for cleaning your room
- The landlord, Einar Mattsson, cleans the shared areas
- Smoking is only permitted outdoors
