Checklist before departure

• Valid passport or ID card that can be used for international travel. Other documentation required by your own country

• Residence permit (for non-EU citizens) 

• European Health Insurance Card (EHIC) or other proof of medical insurance (for EU citizens)

• Health insurance (for non-EU citizens) 

• Additional insurance (for example personal property insurance)

• Financial and banking arrangements

• Accommodation arrangements 

• Make sure you know the dates for orientation and registration at Konstfack 

• Clothing suitable for all seasons. Swedish weather can vary, especially in winter, from very cold to relatively mild  

• Documentation related to your exchange required by both your home institution and Konstfack
