Industrial Design
Konstfack offers an industrial design education on the highest international level, also concerning faculty and workshops. There are also opportunities for inspirational cooperation, both with the other creative programs at Konstfack, and in cooperation with design companies and other schools with which we choose to work.
We design futures
The Bachelor's degree program, which is conducted in Swedish, gives a solid basic education in industrial design. Our graduates are employed as designers or choose to apply to a Master’s program in Sweden or other countries.
During our Master’s program in Design, Individual Study Plan in Design, you are taught and given practice in various areas of design expertise: such as different ways of exploring and cooperating, the ability to shape proposals and theoretical knowledge to enable you to reflect and to focus your attention. It is taught in English. Our Master’s students compete for design jobs on a more strategic level, or start their own high profile design companies. The program also qualifies for continued study at doctoral level.

The Master thesis is 30 credits and is done in the autumn term for Master's second year. The projects will be exhibited at Konstfacks spring exhibition.
