Tender Structures is an exhibition that brings two distinct practices into dialogue through questions of space, material, and transformation. The exhibition considers boundaries not as fixed divisions, but as sites of encounter, where environments, materials, and experiences overlap and shift.
Sorrel Van Allen, student at master's programme CRAFT - Jewellery and corpus year 2, explores how surfaces can become more than boundaries, working with enamel, organic residue, tin, and silver plating.
Zipei Summer Huang explores how feelings for one’s home can be translated into jewellery, working with construction materials like steel and concrete alongside cotton, porcelain, and paper.
