Derivations is a group exhibition showcasing the latest works by Konstfack’s first-year MA CRAFT! students. The exhibition represents a shared origin and a leap into the unknown. Collectively plunging into dark, icy waters, we have emerged gasping for air, choking a little, our senses sharpened, and our vision altered.

Like a river branching from its source, we have arrived at multiple derivations, with each artwork revealing a unique perspective in an unexpected direction - carrying the echoes of what came before while forging a new path forward.

Through this journey Derivations becomes a bridge between the past and the future, between what was and what could be - an exploration of a single starting point and the possibilities that can arise from uncertainty.
