Management Office
The Management Office, which provides direct support for the president and administrative manager, coordinates comments on proposals, as well as advice for departments and individuals on issues surrounding Konstfack's responsibilities. Overall communication responsibilities have also been assigned to the office.

The Vice-Chancellor's secretary, registrar and archivist have a special responsibility for processes related to decision making, case management, journal entry and document management.
Overall responsibility for Konstfack's internal and external information and marketing The responsibility includes support for unit managers, supervising competitive intelligence, media planning, press contacts, coordination and development of Konstfack's external and internal websites (including alumni), as well as social media and other new channels.
The office administers Konstfack's systems for journal and case management, online publication, alumni activities and course evaluation.
