OPEN SCHOOL with Roby Redgrave

*It’s about constellations: A practice of collective organizing, graphic design, and survival through print*

Roby (they/them) works across artistic, cultural, activist, and institutional sectors, specializing in visual communication for social and ecological justice movements. They are committed to using print publishing as a tool for radical collective liberation and trans survival.

Roby co-organizes the trans mutual aid publishing project Almanac Press, guest lectures at Konstfack University and Aalto University, and serves as Art Director for the 105-year-old feminist magazine Tidskriften Astra. They recently founded Fantasy Printhouse, a risograph publishing studio in Bagarmossen and have been collectively involved with Finland-based platforms Effort (Design, Feminism, Helsinki), TUO TUO and Trojan Horse.
