Flesh to Fractals

Welcome to a hidden pop-up exhibition in the Northeast stairway (Kaninhålet) of Konstfack.

Tuesday 3 June there will be a poetry reading and performance by Martina Lundkvist and Salome Kappelin at kl. 12:30 and 16:30.
And Jee will perform on the saxophone after the second reading.

The exhibition is a spontaneous project born from a fascination for spaces and finding ways to collaborate with familiar and unfamiliar faces. Finding artworks intentionally or happening upon relationships and meanings of people's works that bring the whole together. It is as much an exhibition as it is an experiment at making a vision come to life within a limited timeframe in a flexible and playful way.

Finding the stairway felt like an intentional coincidence. Like happening upon a rabbit hole that leads from the underground upwards to the dimensions. A hidden architectural treasure of Konstfack where each plane is building on a sense of ascension.
