Rebekah Frank (she/her) – I use basic materials that define space: steel chain and short lengths of steel wire. The structures are minimal, spacious, without complexity. Despite the geometry and material, they are not hard pieces. In addition to her art practice, Rebekah writes about artists whose work has a strong material focus. As a queer artist herself, she specifically enjoys writing about other queer artists to celebrate their experience and process. Her articles have published on Art Jewelry Forum, Metalsmith Magazine, and Surface Design Journal, as well as in international exhibition catalogs.

Funny Livdotter (they/them) – Funny is an artist working across many disciplines, and is director and founder of Homografiska Museet (Homographic Museum) here in Dalsland, West Sweden. Homografiska Museet is centered around the question: if queer was the norm, what would the world and history look like? Each year Homografiska presents a new series of artefacts from queer artists and those who critique society. History and art collections are subjective, depending on who is listening and who is the one to tell. Homografiska shows a world where representation, diversity and variation is key.
