Registration

Registration for the conference Material Intelligence at Konstfack, Stockholm 23 – 25 September 2026.

Registration for Early Bird is open until 4th of June 2026.

Deadline to register for the conference (fullprice) is open until 16th of August 2026.

The conference fee includes lunch on Wednesday and Thursday, as well as “fika” (Swedish coffee break) according to the program. Friday's lunch is organized so that it is possible to bring with you for the trip home.

Registration for the conference is binding once you have received a written confirmation from the organizer.

Payment Terms: The conference fee must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. 
Cancellation:
The conference fee is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation. However, it is possible to transfer the registration to another participant at no cost.

Get-together at Nordiska museet Wednesday September 23rd at 5.30-8.00 pm

On the first evening of the conference, we optional meet at the Nordic Museum.
At 5.30 pm: The exhibition Nordbor (Northerners) is introduced.
At 6.30 pm: A glass of sparkling wine and some canapés are served in the museum's restaurant. The museum closes at 20.00.

Conference dinner Thursday September 24rd at 6.30 pm - midnight

The conference dinner will take place at the Italian restaurant Capricci, situated along Hornstull Strand by Lake Mälaren. Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome glass of sparkling wine, followed by a glass of your choice with the meal. A three-course menu will be served, with both the starter and dessert being vegetarian. You choose vegetarian (SEK 495.-) or non-vegetarian main course (SEK 655.-).
