Arts Thread is a leading digital platform and international meeting place for new and emerging artists and designers. Since 2020, it has organised The Global Creative Graduate Showcase, a competition that gives students the opportunity to showcase their work alongside fellow students from around the world and have it assessed by leading industry professionals. Last year's edition received more than 5,000 entries from 472 educational institutions in 117 countries. In the first round, around 500 projects are shortlisted, with the number then narrowed down further based on the jury's assessments.

For future crises, Linn Thomessen has developed "Hubbe", a system for residential entrances that combines emergency equipment, lighting and backup power with more everyday needs, such as a coffee station and a noticeboard.

Francesca Pezzotti's project "Wet Soil for a Burning World" explores forest fires and how charcoal can be reactivated to support both preventive measures and long-term regeneration.
