Martín Ávila’s book "Designing for Interdependence" translated into Chinese

Designer, researcher, and Professor of Design at Konstfack Martín Ávila on challenging the dominant, human-centred, design paradigm.

Designing for Interdependence: A Poetics of Relating, (Bloomsbury 2022) a book which puts forward an ecocentric mode of designing and privileges relationships to all life forms, is now translated into Chinese. A wider audience can read about the practice of designing and design's capacity to relate (or not) to beings of all kinds, human and others, in ways that are life-affirming.
