"Electronic Flora" the most beautiful book in Värmland 2025

From the jury's motivation:
The book's form and content interact with unusual precision. In its generous format, it brings to mind a classic herbarium. The matte, slightly tinted paper together with the soft cover makes the reading experience tactile and almost sensual. The bronze-colored embossing on the front creates a low-key but powerful expression - a surface that attracts and arouses curiosity. Despite the fact that the book contains extensive text in both Swedish and English, it never feels compact. The wide margins create air and structure."

This is the 46th time the Most Beautiful Värmland Book award has been presented by the Värmland Literature Association.
