Remixing Folk Feminsisms

The network Mná le chéile: Women together, will gather in Oulu, Finland, for a week exploring the theme "Remixing Folk Feminisms" on 1–6 September 2026.

The program includes talks, seminars and workshops, bringing together artists, researchers, and practitioners in folk education and craft to explore women’s crafts and knowledges across Northern Europe.

Miriam von Schantz, Senior Lecturer at Konstfack, participates with a workshop on 3 September focusing on birch root craft and "minor epistemologies".
