Rituals: Salome Kappelin x Smiling LIS

During Stockholm Design Week an immersive performance + panel conversation will take place, about artistic process in dialogue and the meaning of ritual. Vocal artist and composer Smiling LIS will explore the boundaries of produced sounds and improvisation in the moment, interpreting artist Salome Kappelin’s installation and poetry material.

The performance will be a result of a four day intensive residency work between the two artists, looking for a common ground for a conversation through sound, movement and visual media.
