Open lecture: Masterclass with Jenny Jokela

Jenny Jokela is a Finnish animation director currently living in Edinburgh. Her short films have been screened at a number of prestigious international festivals, and have received numerous awards. Jenny is currently touring the world with her latest short ”Dollhouse Elephant”, a film that displays her playful hand painted animation style and dives into the messiness and beauty of human relationships.

Jenny has worked with commercial clients including the BBC, Tate gallery, Adult Swim and Disney.

She is visiting Konstfack as part of a collaboration with REX Animation Film Festival.
