Jewellery and Corpus: Ädellab c/o Hallwyl Museum
4 – 8 October, Hallwylska museet
Current students and new graduates from Konstfack’s Bachelor’s programme Jewellery and Corpus: Ädellab respond to Hallwyl Museum’s collections through their work. In the exhibition, works made over the past three years are set in dialogue with Hallwyl’s historic house and collection, making visible narratives and possibilities of what jewellery and corpus are and can be.

Konstfack x UMPRUM
5–8 October, Czech Embassy in Stockholm and Konstfack
As part of the Stockholm Craft Week festival, we are pleased to present a collaboration between Konstfack and UMPRUM - Academy of Arts Architecture & Design in Prague. On 5–8 October 2023, an exhibition will take place at the Pavilion of the Czech Embassy in Stockholm. On Friday 6 October there will be a weaving workshop at Konstfack.

Konstfack x UMPRUM
This is a collaborative exhibition co-organized by Tjeckiska Centret Stockholm, Department of Crafts Konstfack and Textile Studio at the Academy of Art, Architecture & Design in Prague. The exhibition demonstrates creative approaches to work with natural resources, the fragile interconnected ecosystem and man.

About the workshops
Weaving natural elements by UMPRUM
In connection with the exhibition "Konstfack x UMPRUM," workshops will be organized on Friday. Participants will be introduced to various weaving techniques and materials such as willow, cattail, raw wool, and linnen. The workshop is organized together with Professor Jitka Škopová, Anna Fiala Leschinger, and led by Professor Linda Kaplanová, Zuzana Smrkovská and students from UMPRUM Textile.

In connection with the exhibition "Konstfack x UMPRUM" workshops where participants will be introduced to various weaving techniques and materials such as willow, cattail, wool, and linnen are organized. The workshop is arranged by Konstfack and is led by Matilda Dominique.
Fresh Brew
5 – 22 October, Kulturhuset Stadsteatern, Gallery 5
Fresh Brew are a group of 22 makers who recently completed the CRAFT! Master’s Program at Konstfack. We invite you to taste our first batch — the beginning of many batches to come — brewed with various processes, approaches and perspectives of today’s craft.
