Konstfack Common Seminar: Chateaux

For ten years, Chateaux has published poetry in journals and books in small editions, often set by hand and printed with letterpress technology. Based on their practice as poets and poetry publishers, Beata Berggren and Martin Högström invite you to a conversation about editing, setting, printing and publishing and the importance of operating at an appropriate scale.

Beata Berggren is a poet, translator, artist and poetry publisher. Her latest book is Exposé poet (Korrex Press, 2018) and her latest translations are Min vän träd and Ny gås by the American poet Lorine Niedecker (Chateaux, 2019 and 2022).

Martin Högström is a poet, translator, poetry publisher and teacher at the Writers' School at Biskops Arnö. His latest book is Poesi kan inte skalas upp (Cyklopenbibliotekets förlag, 2023) and his latest translated book is Den då by the French writer Danielle Collobert (Faethon, 2020).
