Welcome to André Córdova Rudstedt's bachelor's exhibition!
The exhibition ”Golden Silence” explores the time under a dictatorship, where the legitimization of murder of dissenters is central. Here, the régime strives to wipe out the opposition as everyday life goes on. Order is maintained through conventions where silence and obedience are decisive. The installation shows two parallel sides, one of persecution and the other of festivities, the normalization hides the reality of oppression.
