Superellipsen
Sergels Torg
Stockholm

The Super Ellipse's 360 degree window is transformed into an open art scene, available 24 hours a day at Sergels torg in central Stockholm.

The exhibition takes us to the mysteries of life, where everything is in constant motion. We get to meet nature's fascinating properties, its vulnerability, various physical phenomena, materials, structures and reflections on everyday life.

The artists who participate here study / have studied at art academies around Sweden as Royal Institute of Art and Konstfack in Stockholm, HDK Valand and Chalmers in Göteborg and The Swedish School of Textiles in Borås. The artists explore, describe and interpret events, phenomena and tendencies in society. They do this in areas such as illustration, ceramics, photography, painting, textiles, video and artistic research. In Motion shows sculpture, video installations, fashion, architecture, painting etc. and gives new impressions and thoughts to take home and pass on to others.

The participating artists are: Geska Brečević, Robert Brečević, Tina Eskilsson, Vidar Francke, Stefie de Gaetano, Erica Hörteborn, Johan F. Källman, Laura Johanna König, Hedvig Ljungström, Camilo Matiz, Linette Tran, Therese Norgren, Fanny Ollas, August Sörenson, Elin Stampe, Armand Tamboly, Jonathan Terry, Annika Toijanen and Tora Wallander.

Welcome to book a private viewing or interview with the artists, the curators Margarita Matiz Bergfeldt and Jonas Bergfeldt from SEART, or curator Hildegun Varhelyi, På Sergels torg.
