"Att ta strid", (To Contest) is an exhibition investigating the possibility of contesting through the making of craft objects. This is a contest that seeks a togetherness – a sisterhood. The exhibition is being made by craft artist Frida Hållander through a collective making involving others, among them the designer Maryam Fanni, textile artist Åsa Norman, craft artist Eva Szentiványi and several other members of the sisterhood.

"Att ta strid" (To Contest) is the final exhibition in Frida Hållander’s thesis project "Whose hand is making", which she is conducting at Konstfack and The Faculty of Fine, Applied and Performing Arts at the University of Gothenburg.
